Donald & Macie Health is an organization that provides consistent, reliable, person-centered home care and DDS Waiver services.  Collectively, Donald & Macie Health has over 50 years of experience in the Human Services field and almost 40 years in the Healthcare Field, just within its Administrative Team alone.  The love and passion we all share for what we do make this organization one of a kind because these qualities are reflected in the way we each show up each and every day.

We have all worked in several settings and these experiences have worked to shape our perspectives.  They have provided us with the opportunity to come together and create an organization that not only tries to understand the individual and their perspective but works with each individual to be the very best version of themselves.

We work to meet and exceed expectations by putting the needs of the individuals we support at the forefront of all we do.  We have a clear understanding of the importance of advocacy, and we work to empower those whose voices would otherwise not be heard...  We know that each individual and each family is an expert in their own lives and should be listening to and respected as such…  We understand the importance of Social Inclusion and Community Integration which are integral parts of the services and supports we provide.  Research has shown that when there is intentional emphasis and work placed on creating these opportunities, the individuals we support live longer, more meaningful, and enriched lived, which is the ultimate goal of Donald & Macie Health.
